Jordan, Egypt discuss various aspects of transportation

ALEXANDRIA, EGYPT – Jordan’s Minister of Transport Maher Abu Al-Samen discussed with his Egyptian counterpart Kamel Al-Wazir ways and means of cementing bilateral cooperation in various spheres of transportation.

The talks were held on the sidelines of the Council meeting of Arab Transport Ministers in Alexandria during which Al-Samen, also the Jordan’s Minister of Public Works and Housing appreciated Egypt’s efforts to provide solutions to sustainable transport issues in the Arab countries.

The minister also hailed the constructive meeting of Arab Transport Ministers, voicing hope it’s decisions will be reflected on the reality of transport between Arab nations, pushing the economic wheel forward.

The Egyptian minister valued Jordan’s efforts to bridge the views of the Arab countries with the aim of adopting modern transportation policies.
