Abu Dhabi, UAE–Americana Restaurants International and its subsidiaries have reported a net income of $259.2 million in 2022, up 27.1 percent, resulting in a net income margin of 10.9 percent.

This was the company’s first announcement of financial results since its concurrent dual listing on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), achieving a revenue of $2.38 billion, a 15.9 percent year-on-year increase.

Americana Restaurants Board announced H2 2022 dividends at $103.5 million or the equivalent of $0.0123 per share.

It added that the top-line growth was driven by robust like-for-like sales growth of 13.6 percent and 220 gross new store openings.
