Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Altegio, a leading global provider of digital business solutions, has launched operations in the UAE to support the digital transformation of local service businesses.

The company’s platform, designed for sectors including beauty, wellness, sports, and healthcare, offers advanced online booking and management tools that automate up to 80 percent of business processes.

This move aligns with the UAE’s Digital Economy Strategy, which aims to double the contribution of the digital economy to the nation’s non-oil GDP to over 20 percent by 2031. The country’s digital market is projected to grow by US$140 billion by 2032, creating a fertile environment for digital services and automation.

Altegio’s platform offers over 30 specialized tools that streamline operations across marketing, sales, finance, and team management. Its innovative offerings include a branded online booking widget, a customizable mobile app, analytics dashboards, inventory and financial management, and a dynamic loyalty program. The platform also enables SMS and email marketing, helping businesses enhance customer engagement and retention.

Unlike other automation platforms that redirect customers to third-party websites, Altegio keeps booking processes within the client’s own ecosystem. This approach safeguards customer loyalty and minimizes exposure to competitors, helping businesses cultivate a more dedicated client base.

“Our expansion into the UAE is a strategic step that reflects our commitment to supporting the nation’s digital goals,” Yri Petrou, Managing Partner at Altegio said. “We’re excited to help UAE businesses achieve operational efficiency and deepen customer relationships through our comprehensive suite of digital tools.”
