Delivery of 500 condos built by Azizi Developments will be made next month

    • The residential units comprise 334 studios, 48 one- and 94 two-bedroom apartments, and 10 spacious, luxurious sky villas

    • The condominiums are part of a big project in Al Furjan in Dubai

To cope up with the growing demand for condominiums in the heart of Dubai, Azizi Developments, one of the big private developers in the UAE, is giving final touches to some 500 condos before handing them over to their owners.

The company said that 98 per cent of the construction work has been completed on its well-connected condominium project, Star, strategically located in the heart of Dubai’s new growth corridor – Al Furjan.  In line with Azizi’s high-quality construction-driven approach and commitment to timely delivery, the developer is all set to finalize the 499 units, 486 of which are residential with the other 13 being highly sought-after retail spaces.

The residential units comprise 334 studios, 48 one- and 94 two-bedroom apartments, and 10 spacious, luxurious sky villas. The handover is scheduled for the month of June, said the Emirati developer.  According to Azizi, the structure, blockwork, internal plaster and tiling at Star have been fully completed, while both the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and the second mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) fix have recorded 98%.

Progress on the external works has reached 90 per cent, with the swimming pool now being more than 87 per cent complete, it added. The façade works now stand at 100 per cent, and overall finishing and elevator works are nearing completion.

CEO Farhad Azizi said: “What an exciting year this is for us at Azizi Developments, and all of our stakeholders. With construction progressing so rapidly, we are seeing approximately 10,000 units being completed this year, with Star alone marking 499 of these.”

“This prestigious community will see hundreds of families receiving their keys in a matter of weeks, which fills us with immense pride. We thank all those involved in working around the clock to complete this world-class project – a very honorable job that leaves a real mark in hundreds of lives and is a true contribution to the development of this great emirate,” stated Azizi.

“We express our gratitude to the wise leadership of Dubai for continuously enabling and inspiring us to push boundaries and achieve excellence,” he added
