Jordan Tuesday passed a decision that would slash the entry fees at tourist and cultural sites for Arab tourists, and the decision would remain in force through 2022.

The cabinet endorsed the recommendations of the tourism ministry to treat Arab tourists as Jordanians to spur tourism and strengthen Jordan’s position as a tourist destination.
