Jordan King Abdullah on Friday met with Commander of US Central Command Gen. Michael E. Kurilla, and Commander of US Special Operations Command Gen. Richard D. Clarke, in Tampa, Florida, at the start of a working visit to the United States.

The two meetings covered means of enhancing military and defense cooperation between Jordan and the United States.

Discussions also addressed regional and international efforts to fight terrorism within a holistic approach.
