Dubai-based developer Majid Al Futtaim – Communities, a part of Majid Al Futtaim Properties, on Tuesday appointed Indian conglomerate Shapoorji Pallonji International as the main contractor for the construction of its key projects– Aura and Aura Gardens at Tilal Al Ghaf.

The AED799 million ($217.4 million) contract covers the construction of 808 villas set in two distinct neighborhoods. Its projected date of completion is mid-2024.

The Aura neighborhood consists of four-bedroom twin villas with exclusive Sky Suites, while Aura Gardens offers a mix of twin villas with Sky Suites and three-and-four-bedroom townhouses.

A key highlight of Tilal Al Ghaf is its central recreational lagoon bordered by white sandy beaches, in addition to several parks, communal swimming pools and children’s pools, outdoor gyms, and cycling and jogging tracks interspersed by green open spaces.

CEO of Majid Al Futtaim-Communities Hawazen Esber said, “Aura and Aura Gardens are both human-centric neighborhoods that stand as testament to our commitment to deliver outstanding communities where people love to live.”
