DUBAI, UAE – UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MoHRE) has launched the Customer First Forum, comprising virtual sessions on a weekly basis, on queries of employers and employees in the private sector and UAE nationals seeking jobs.
The Customer First Forum aims to take feedback of all parties on the labor market legislations so that the stakeholders benefit from the ministry’s initiatives and services.
It also seeks to enhance direct communications between the ministry and the private sector.
The Customer First Forum will raise awareness of the Emiratization resolutions and benefits provided by the ‘Nafis’ program to promote the integration of UAE nationals into the private sector.
The forum also addresses topics related to labor relations, inspections, procedures and decisions towards their implementation.
The forum also raises awareness of the employers’ and employees’ rights and responsibilities.
Saif Al Suwaidi, Undersecretary for Emiratization Affairs at MoHRE, said, “Initiatives such as these would help improve our services in line with the ministry’s commitment to empowering Emirati cadres and enhancing their capabilities, skills and expertise in contributing towards bolstering the national economy.”
He said, “It would also improve the appeal of the UAE labor market, attracting the finest of local and international talent who are best equipped to help strengthen the national economy and boost the country’s competitiveness on the international map.”
The target deadline to achieve the ministry-led Emiratization goals for the private sector starts January 2023.
