Abu Dhabi, UAE — Arab music and culture fans in Al Ain were treated to a special Eid al Fitr celebration with pop singer Yara and hit-maker Fouad Abdul Wahed taking to the stage in a thrilling concert at Al Ain Convention Centre.

Pop singer Yara opened proceedings on the special evening organized by the Department of Culture & Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi). She entertained the audiences throughout with hit songs such as Min al-aydeenSodfa and Ma Yhemak, DCT said in a statement.

With the crowds in a celebratory mood, Arab star Fouad Abdul Wahed then took over the microphone and showcased the depth of regional music with some of his classics, including Yal Beed, ‎Al Hob Al Kbeer and Awsafek 3ajab.

Complementing a year-long, varied roster of events, the Eid Concerts were organized as part of Abu Dhabi’s commitment to shine the spotlight on local talent and promote Arab culture, the statement said.
