17 institutions win Real Estate Excellence Award in Sharjah

The Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD) has announced that 17 institutions have won the Real Estate Excellence Award.

The awards are part of SRERD’s pursuit to consolidate Sharjah’s position as one of the most attractive global destinations for investors as a sustainable knowledge economy.

The SRERD celebrated the winners at its headquarters, in the presence of Abdul Aziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director-General of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, Abdulaziz Rashid Al Saleh, Director of the Department, and Humaid Al Abbar, Advisor to the SRERD.

The awards are divided into four categories, Real Estate Offices for the City of Sharjah and the Eastern Province, Real Estate Development Companies, Best Owners Association Board of Directors, and the Companies for Administrative Supervision Services for Owners Associations.

Al Shamsi said, “The annual Real Estate Excellence Award is part of the SRERD’s strategic plan and its main programs that contribute to enhancing Sharjah’s position in the real estate sector, support successful models of institutions and companies operating in this vital market and seek to enrich creative competition.”

He said, “Participants in the various categories of the award, including offices, companies and owners’ associations achieve the department’s aspirations to reach a sustainable real estate investment based on the market elements and encourage them to achieve excellence and creativity in their performance.”

He added, “This development witnessed by the SRERD throughout its term was not a coincidence.”

Al Shamsi said, “It came as a result of diligent and continuous work and a commitment to the wise vision and sound directives of Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and the follow-up of Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah.”

The winners of the Real Estate Offices for Sharjah category include Al Junaidi Real Estate Office, Salem Ali Al Shamsi Company, Al Shahd Palace Real Estate Office, Sama Sharjah Office, Bizlink Real Estate Office and the International Real Estate Investment Corporation.

The Real Estate Office category award winners for the Eastern Region include Al Shahiq Real Estate Office and Emirates Saqr Real Estate Office. The winners of the Real Estate Development Companies include Sharjah Sustainable City and Al Thuraya Real Estate Company.

In Best Owners Association Board of Directors category, the winners include Blue Tower Owners Association, ASAS Tower Owners Association, Al Mohannad Tower Board of Directors Association, La Riviera Tower Owners Association and Al Maha Tower Owners Association.

Al Mudeer Company for Administrative Supervision Services and Pluto Company for Administrative Supervision Services were the winners in the category of Management Supervision Services Companies for Owners Associations.
