Abdullah Al Othaim Markets CEO quits

Mohsen Saqer Hussain has quit as the CEO of Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets Company due to family circumstances that require his continuous presence outside the kingdom, the company said in a statement.
The Board of Directors will use the expertise of Mohsen as an advisor to the Board, the statement said.
Muwaffaq Mansour Jamal will serve as the delegated CEO of the company from 17 Dec 2021, the company said. His membership of the Board changes from Independent Board Member to Executive Member.
The Board thanked Hussein for his efforts during his stint as the CEO of the company.
