  • This phase of the project is said to feature a total of 90 townhouses, 71 villas, and 33 buildings
  • All of them will be overlooking the golf course and the Al Zorah Mangrove

UAE-based developer Al Zorah has launched the second phase of The Fairways district in Ajman, said local reports on Sunday, September 5.

This phase of the project is said to feature a total of 90 townhouses, 71 villas, and 33 buildings.

All of them will be overlooking the golf course and the Al Zorah Mangrove, said the local reports.

Through the sale launch, Al Zorah is making 17 new residential building plots available to investors to construct G+4 to G+10 floors modern designed buildings in Ajman, with unobstructed views towards the golf course, said the reports.

Spread over 1 million sq m, The Fairways has over 196 plots, of which a total of 176 plots were reportedly sold out in the first phase.

The sold plots are said to include townhouses, villas, and building plots.

The infrastructure in the Fairways to serve the plots in both phases is expected to be completed by the end of this year.

As the second phase is completed, The Fairways will reportedly also include amenities such as the golf course, the golf club, and Zoya Wellness center.
