    • The property in question is Al Hail Waves, and is ISAHC’s third in Oman that Centara will manage

    • Centara will reportedly take on the management of the 64-unit property from January 1, 2022

Thailand-based hotel operator Centara Hotels & Resorts has inked a deal with Oman-origin Ibn Saleh Al Hashmi Construction or ISAHC to manage a new property belonging to the latter, said local reports on Saturday, July 17.

The property in question is Al Hail Waves, and is ISAHC’s third in Oman that Centara will manage, said the reports.

Centara will reportedly take on the management of the 64-unit property from January 1, 2022. After this, Centara is expected to start to refurbish the property.

Al Hail Waves will be ISAHC’s third project awarded to Centara after Muscat Dunes Hotel and Centara Muscat Hotel Oman.

The hotel’s 64 holiday residences include Standard Rooms (20-26 sq m) and Studios (35-40 sq m), which reportedly come fully furnished with facilities, including a kitchenette.

The largest two-bedroom apartments measure 84 sq m and feature separate lounge and dining areas, said the reports.

Other facilities at Al Hail Waves managed by Centara reportedly include an all-day dining restaurant, a swimming pool overlooking the Arabian Sea, a fully-equipped gym, and two meeting rooms to accommodate events of up to 150 guests.
