Dlala Holding to resume trading

DOHA, QATAR – The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) announced the resumption of trading of the shares of Dlala Holding Company, (a Qatari public shareholding company) next Sunday.

The QSE announced after completing the process of reducing the company’s issued capital from 284.16 million shares to 190.387 million shares, down 33 percent, and thus the new price becomes US$0.56 (QR 2.048).

Dlala Holding Company was established and listed on Qatar Stock Exchange in 2005.

The authorized capital of the company is US$78 million (QR 284,160,000) and the number of tradable shares is 280.16 million.
