Nobles Properties in deal to acquire Jordan real-estate project

    • Nobles Properties said one of its subsidiaries will acquire a residential development from Jordan-based Manaseer Investment Group

    • Nobles’ subsidiary Shahd Jordan Real Estate Development Company will acquire the property on the Airport Road in Amman

Dubai-based real-estate developer Nobles Properties was quoted by local reports as saying on Monday, July 5, that one of its subsidiaries will acquire a residential development from Jordan-based Manaseer Investment Group.

The reports said Nobles’ subsidiary Shahd Jordan Real Estate Development Company would acquire the property on the Airport Road in Amman.

The Shahd Jordan Real Estate Development Company reportedly signed the purchase agreement with the Manaseer Group at the latter’s headquarters.

Shahd Jordan acquired the property along with all prior permissions that the government had granted it, and is expected to fulfill all regulatory requirements associated with housing projects as well as completing private infrastructure works.

The new acquisition is apparently a continuation of Amman-located AlShahd City, Nobles’ first project in the region.

The expansion will reportedly offer 42 residential plots and two commercial plots once the development works are completed.

Nobles’ Chairman Omar Ayesh was quoted by the reports as saying that this agreement is the second of its kind in Jordan and reflects Nobles’ expansion strategy.
