DUBAI, UAE – Presight AI Holding PLC, the region’s leading big data analytics company powered by generative AI, in partnership with the Kazakh Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna, has announced a joint venture.

The initiative, revealed on the sidelines of COP28, is set to establish a company focused on accelerating digital transformation in Kazakhstan through the deployment of Presight’s advanced solutions and technologies.

The joint venture agreement, signed by Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of Presight, and Nurlan Zhakupov, CEO of Samruk-Kazyna, marks a significant step towards utilizing Presight’s big data analytics solutions in key sectors such as energy, public services, and transport in Kazakhstan.

The collaboration also aims to explore the development of high-performance computing capacity and enterprise AI solutions, including sovereign GPT and Kazakh large-language models.

Two major pilot projects have been initiated under this venture with QazaqGaz, the national gas operator, and KTZ Express, the railway operator. These projects will implement AI and information technology to enhance efficiency and modernize processes in these crucial sectors.

Thomas Pramotedham emphasized the venture’s alignment with Kazakhstan’s vision to lead in the adoption of AI and technologies across key national sectors. Nurlan Zhakupov also highlighted the project’s role in positioning Kazakhstan as a hub of innovation and digital transformation.

This partnership represents a pivotal moment in technology and economic growth, uniting Presight’s expertise and Samruk-Kazyna’s strategic vision. It promises not only enhanced efficiency and productivity for businesses but also a commitment to bolstering Kazakhstan’s technological landscape.
