Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — In a move aligned with the ambitious goals of Saudi Vision 2030, the Kingdom has announced the launch of five new premium residency programs to attract skilled professionals, investors, and entrepreneurs from around the world.

Spearheaded by the Premium Residency Center, chaired by Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Alkassabi, the program introduces five distinct residency pathways.

Special Talent Residency: Focused on attracting healthcare professionals, scientists, and researchers with exceptional expertise and experience.

Gifted Residency: Designed to integrate skilled individuals in the cultural and sports sectors, enriching Saudi Arabia’s vibrant social fabric.

Investor Residency: Tailored for investors seeking lucrative opportunities in Saudi Arabia’s booming business landscape.

Entrepreneur Residency: Geared towards aspiring entrepreneurs and innovators eager to launch and grow their startups in the Kingdom.

Real Estate Owner Residency: Open to individuals who own real estate in Saudi Arabia and wish to enjoy the country’s high quality of life and flourishing property market.

These residency products offer several benefits, including the ability to conduct business and invest in Saudi Arabia, own real estate, obtain work permits for themselves and family members and access exclusive perks and services provided by the Premium Residency Center in collaboration with government partners.

The launch of these premium residency products reflects Saudi Arabia’s strategic shift towards a knowledge-based economy. By attracting top global talent, the program aims to foster knowledge and technology transfer; create high-skilled job; boost innovation and entrepreneurship and diversify the economy beyond oil dependence.

Dr. Alkassabi emphasized that the doors to all Premium Residency products are open to those who can add value to the national economy and actively contribute to Saudi Arabia’s rapid development journey. This initiative showcases the Kingdom’s commitment to creating a welcoming environment for skilled professionals, investors, and entrepreneurs, positioning itself as a global hub for talent and innovation, he said.
