Seera Group Holding, Saudi tourism and travel group, said its net loss declined by 43 percent to $35 million in the first half of 2022 due to a rebound in travel demand.

The travel agency’s gross booking value climbed up 105 percent on the year to $1.09 billion, and revenue was up 125 percent to $282 million.

Almosafer, its travel business, bounced back with increased demand in the second quarter along with a gross booking value of $453 million.

The group witnessed growth in figures across most of its portfolio, including but not limited to car rental unit Lumi, Hajj and Umrah, hospitality, and ventures.
