Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior of the UAE Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan attended the closing of the “Arab Gulf Security 3” Exercise held in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

Participants in the exercise implemented security scenarios in detail, which has proven the success of this joint GCC mobilization exercise in enhancing cooperation between the member countries in areas of security.

Increasing the level of coordination, readiness, and preparedness among security forces were also discussed in the exercise.

Saif bin Zayed showed appreciation for the efforts and coordination in fostering joint GCC work to ensure the security and stability of the members and protection of the region.

He further indicated that the excellent demonstration and performance of the GCC police forces are a clear indication of their readiness to face any challenge or emergency.
