Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Taiba Investments, a leader in Saudi hospitality and real estate, has partnered with Hilton to introduce the Waldorf Astoria brand to Madinah, marking a significant expansion in Saudi Arabia’s luxury hospitality sector.

Set to open in 2028, Waldorf Astoria Al Madinah will be located near the Prophet’s Mosque, offering exclusive views of the holy site.

Sultan Al Otaibi, CEO of Taiba Investments, said: “This agreement marks a pivotal moment in our strategic growth, reflecting our unwavering commitment to enhancing Saudi Arabia’s hospitality offering across diverse segments. This project not only reaffirms our leadership in the sector but also highlights our dedication to Saudi Vision 2030 by providing world-class accommodations that honor the Kingdom’s rich heritage.”

With more than 300 luxury rooms, three dining concepts, and various facilities, the hotel will merge global luxury with Madinah’s cultural essence.

In addition, Taiba’s existing Taiba Front Hotel will be transformed into the Waldorf Astoria Al Madinah, solidifying the company’s role in shaping the city’s hospitality landscape and supporting local economic growth.

Signed at the Future Hospitality Summit in Dubai, the agreement reflects Taiba’s commitment to supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 by enhancing its tourism offerings.
