Galaxy Racer eyes Pakistan market

A UAE-based company called Galaxy Racer, which is the fastest-growing Esports company in the world, is expanding into Pakistan with the help of Pakistani celeb and entrepreneur Fakhr Alam.

Galaxy Racer has over 400 million subscribers worldwide and is valued at $1.5 billion. The company is aiming for a Nasdaq listing in the next three years.

With the new deal, Fakhr Alam will take a $40 million stake in the company and will be responsible for its Pakistani operations.

“We are delighted to be entering Pakistan,” the global CEO of Galaxy Racer Paul Roy said, quoted by Khaleejtimes “With one of the largest young populations in the world, we have great expectations from this market, and we look forward to taking Pakistani gamers and influencers to global audiences.”

During Dubai Expo 2020, Galaxy Racer is expected to make some major announcements regarding Pakistan.
