Doha, Qatar: The number of visitors to Qatar rose by 138.3 percent in August on an annual basis with the total number of inbound visitors reaching about 148 thousand.
The highest number of visitors was from the GCC countries at 59 percent. As for visitors by type of port, the visitors via Air make up the highest percentage with 50 percent of the total number of visitors.
The total number of registered new vehicles during August 2022 has reached 8830. The figure showed a monthly increase of 50.3 percent and an annual increase of 26.4 percent.
