Arab Parliament reiterates call for a free Palestinian nation

The Arab Parliament has praised the results of the trilateral summit which was held on September 2 in Cairo between Egypt, Jordan, and Palestine.

Saudi media reports said the meeting was attended by the foreign ministers and intelligence chiefs of Egypt and Jordan along with the minister of civil affairs and intelligence chief of Palestine, to coordinate positions and visions on decisions made in the trilateral summit.

The Arab Parliament stated: “The challenges the Palestine issue is facing, imposed by the serious escalation implemented by the Israeli occupation authorities on the Palestinian territories, mainly in the occupied Al-Quds, require all the Arab efforts to retrieve the stolen Palestinian right in land and end the stalemate that the peace process is witnessing in the meantime.”

The Arab Parliament has stressed the importance of joint efforts to understand Palestinian unity to help these endeavors by Arab countries for reaching a political solution, the reports said

The Parliament has stressed realizing the just and comprehensive peace-based solution of Israel-Palestine conflicts and also establishing Palestine as a free nation with capital Al-Quds.

Arab parliament has also called the international community along with the Quartet of the Middle East to provide support and assistance for the peace process and urged to realize the legitimate demands of the people from Palestine.
