Kuwait has appointed Nasser Al-Hein as the country’s permanent representative to the United Nations and international organization.

Al-Hein submitted his credentials to head of the UN Office in Geneva (UNOG) Tatiana Valovaya.

The Kuwaiti diplomat while conveying the greetings of his country’s political leadership acknowledged the UN’s pivotal contributions across various fields, chiefly, the global body’s humanitarian endeavors.

The UN official while accepting the Kuwaiti diplomat’s credentials praised the country’s humanitarian devotion, underlining the country’s ties with the UN and other international organizations.

The Kuwaiti diplomat has enjoyed a prolific diplomatic career, having represented his country in a slew of international  events over the years.
