Sheraton appoints a celebrity chef for its property in Amman

    Sheraton has appointed Jorge Da Silva as its new executive chef for its property in Amman, according to a press statement released by Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel.

    With over 15 years of experience working in luxury hotels, Chef Jorge Da Silva has joined the 5-star Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel as its new Executive Chef.  Jorge Da Silva, a Portuguese native, has built his career through assignments at various international restaurants and hotels in his early years in Portugal, UK, China, UAE, and Georgia. In his new role, Chef Jorge will showcase his intensive knowledge of culinary techniques and international flavors to transform the menus of the Spice Garden, EVOO, and in the re-imagined summer lounge, Club on Five.
