Sharjah registered 22 new real estate projects during the nine-month period across the residential, industrial and commercial sectors.

Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, director-general of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, attributed the market’s performance to the emirate’s development policies, expanding project pipeline, wider ownership opportunities and regulatory framework. He said these factors continued to support investment and strengthen Sharjah’s position as a regional and international real estate destination.
