The awards will recognize professionals making an impact in US-Middle East relations
The Middle East Policy Council invites nominations for its first-ever 40 Under 40 Awards to recognize professionals making an impact in U.S. – Middle East relations. Nominations can be submitted in eight categories — government, education, academia/think tank, non-profit, journalism, arts and culture, and business. Individuals can nominate a co-worker, fellow professional, or themselves.
The priority deadline is June 30, 2021 and the final deadline for nominations is September 1, 2021. Honorees will be notified on a rolling basis and formally recognized at the MEPC’s 40th Anniversary Gala later in 2021. Profiles of the honorees will be featured on MEPC’s website and social media channels.
The requirement for nominations are: less than 300 words describing how the nominee has contributed to understanding between the United States and the Middle East. Be a professional under the age of 40 by November 15, 2021. Fall within one of the eight nomination categories: government, education, academia/think tank, non-profit, journalism, arts and culture, and business.
