    • HFI has also joined hands with Hussain Lootah and Associates in the UAE, and Mazghouny and Company in Cairo

Corporate law firm Hugh Fraser International has established new legal partnerships with organizations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, said local reports on Wednesday, July 21.

Clients of HFI will be supported by Al Suweikat and Al Busaies Law Office in Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia, said the local reports.

They will get additional key expertise focused on growth in the region through the HFI Saudi Arabian Ventures Initiative, or SAVI Plus.

The reports quoted an HFI spokesperson as saying: “Three further legal alliances have been signed with Hussain Lootah and Associates in the UAE, Mazghouny and Company in Cairo, and Metwand Chambers Advocates in Mumbai.”

The spokesperson added: “The legal alliance in the UAE with Hussain Lootah and Associates will support and develop HFI specialist UAE services with its Abu Dhabi Ventures Initiative, DMCC Corporate & Compliance Solutions service, and Masdar Corporate & Compliance Solutions service.”

HFI has also been granted a foreign lawyer license following special approval from the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department.

“The granting of the foreign lawyer license by GDLAD accelerates HFI rollout plans for NetZero Legal Solutions (N-ZELDS) and Petroleum Technology Legal Solutions (P-TELS) from HFI’s new base in Dubai which will open in August at the Conrad Hotel Building,” the reports quoted the spokesperson as saying.

Simultaneously, Linda Al Orm has been promoted to the position of general manager of HFI Bridgehead Solutions based at Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Free Zone.
