Dubai, UAE — Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation PJSC (Empower) said its shareholders approved cash dividends of approximately $119.1 million for the second half of 2025 at its annual general meeting.

The dividend, equivalent to 4.375 fils per share or 43.75 percent of paid-up capital, was approved at a meeting attended by 85 percent of shareholders. The company also ratified its 2025 financial statements and performance report.

Chairman Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer said Empower posted record revenue of approximately $931 million and net profit of about $273 million in 2025, while CEO Ahmad Bin Shafar pointed to Dubai’s growth as a driver of expansion.
