Saudi media says the kingdom supports Yemen’s legitimate government

  • Al-Riyadh newspaper reported in its editorial that the addressing of unemployment rate is among the key goals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's vision 2030.

Saudi newspapers highlighted today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas in their editorials.

Al-Bilad newspaper reported in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia exerts unprecedented efforts in supporting the legitimate government in Yemen and the Yemeni people at all levels and in various forums.

Among such efforts of the unremitting and various humanitarian and relief efforts, one is being provided by Saudi Arabia through King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), the paper said.

Deputy Minister of Defense Prince Khaled bin Salman reiterated yesterday in his meeting with the Yemeni Prime Minister about the commitment of the Saudi Arabia-led coalition in supporting the Yemeni government and people.

The minister confirmed an addition in pushing forward all efforts to reach a political solution based on three references, which can realize the aspirations of Yemeni people and maintain the security of the region, the paper added.

Prince Khaled bin Salman renewed Saudi Arabia’s permanent position on supporting the Yemeni government in facing the insurgency and coup of the Iran-backed Houthi militia, and maintaining the unity, security and stability of Yemen, the paper concluded.

In another context, Al-Riyadh newspaper reported in its editorial that the addressing of the unemployment rate is among the key goals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s vision 2030.

The General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT) released the Labor Market Publication, confirming that the unemployment rate of Saudis remained stable at +15 for Quarter 3 of this year at (11.3%) compared to the previous quarter, the paper said.

The results also showed that the unemployment rate of Saudi males (+15) in Q3, 2021 fell to (5.9%) compared to (6.1%) in the previous quarter, the paper added.

The unemployment rate of Saudi females (+15) decreased to (21.9%) in Q3, 2021 compared to the previous quarter (22.3%), the paper concluded
