Dubai, UAE — Dubai’s Endowment and Minors’ Trust Foundation (Awqaf Dubai) said on Monday the market value of its securities investment portfolio rose to AED1.475 billion ($402 million) in the first half of 2026, driven by higher investments and stronger recurring returns, state news agency WAM reported.

Awqaf Dubai said it made new investments worth AED285.1 million during the first six months of the year, up 150.7 percent from the same period a year earlier.

The securities portfolio generated total returns of AED51.6 million, including AED34.9 million in recurring investment income and AED16.7 million in non-recurring gains.

Recurring investment returns alone rose 25 percent from a year earlier, underscoring the sustainability of the portfolio’s performance.
