Knight Frank Middle East has strengthened its UAE Industrial and Logistics team with the hires of Maxim Talmatchi as manager and co-head of Industrial and Logistics and Dumitru Mamaliga as an industrial surveyor, into the firm.
Working closely with Andrew Love, partner and head of ME Capital Markets and OSCA and Adam Wynne, manager and co-head of Industrial & Logistics, Maxim and Dumitru will support the further expansion of the firm’s Industrial and Logistics agency across the UAE, Knight Frank said in a statement.
The statement said Maxim has a 10-year track record of delivering profitable business solutions within the highly competitive environment of the MEA region and structuring real property transactions totaling over AED 500 million.
The company credited him with more than 300 successful transactions.
The company said Dumitru has since 2017 focused predominantly in the industrial and logistics sectors in the UAE, with experience in development, single-unit and multi-unit estates, as well as landlord and tenant representation, negotiation and leasing of large, commercial assets.
