Kyrgyzstan and Ras Al Khaimah to expand cooperation in investment, trade

  • The meeting also discussed several projects and investment opportunities that will increase the trade exchange between Kyrgyzstan and Ras Al Khaimah.

Kyrgyzstan and the UAE have discussed enhancing the investment and trade cooperation between the two sides.

Mohamed Ali Musabbeh Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the UAE’s Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Abdilatif Jumabaev, Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to the UAE represented their countries in a meeting.

The meeting addressed ways of strengthening the relations between Kyrgyzstan’s business community and that in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

Both sides agreed to organize a business visit by a delegation from the chamber to Kyrgyzstan.

Al Nuaimi highlighted the advantages that Ras Al Khaimah’s business and investment environment offers.

This includes investment opportunities in the tourism, industrial, trade and logistics sectors, and the importance of participating in exhibitions showcasing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The meeting also discussed several projects and investment opportunities that will increase the trade exchange between Kyrgyzstan and Ras Al Khaimah.

Additionally, the volume of their mutual investments, in addition to several topics in the areas of aviation, infrastructure, logistics, food security and clean energy were also discussed.

Jumabaev highlighted investment opportunities in the areas of trade, agriculture and tourism available in Kyrgyzstan and his country’s leading export and agricultural products.

He also addressed the need to establish direct flights between airports in Kyrgyzstan and Ras Al Khaimah.

The meeting was held at Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah.
