Oman and Tanzania have established a Joint Investment Fund which will invest in projects from multiple sectors, including agriculture, marine fishing, and mining, Oman’s Foreign Minister Oman Sayyid Badr Al Busaidi announced Monday. 

Al Busaidi anticipated the surge of trade deals between the two countries, especially after signing several memoranda of understanding between the Oman Investment Authority and the competent Tanzanian body. 

He revealed that the two countries would later sign MoU to collaborate on economic, investment,  tourism and energy projects.
