The Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) has signed a memorandum of understanding with world energy actor Engie to provide low-carbon energy services, local reports have said.
The move is expected to enable the fund’s employees to join the French company’s knowledge-exchange training program for 2022, which will be held in Saudi Arabia.
The agreement reportedly aims to provide new insights and knowledge, enhance individual capabilities and advance their professional lives.
It will do so by enhancing ways of professionalism development in a way that contributes to meeting the requirements of the labor market, said the local reports.
In 2022, the program will apparently provide the SIDF’s employees with the opportunity to work with prominent experts at Engie for a period of six months at the company’s headquarters in Paris.
This agreement reportedly falls within the framework of the SIDF’s endeavor to find and provide training opportunities to transfer knowledge and experiences to its employees.
It is said to have come after the experiences of the fund with the participation of its employees in the training program in 2021.
That reportedly played a major role in the participants gaining experience in the field of business development, commercial activities, and project implementation.
