2021 State of Country Report proposes fighting extremism, drug menace

The State of the Country Report 2021 of Jordan recommends studying programs to combat extremist ideology and drug menace.

  • As for the tourism sector, the report stressed the need to launch a tourism-related trails program in Ajloun, Irbid, Madaba, Karak, Ma’an and Tafila

The State of the Country Report 2021 of Jordan has recommended studying programs in cooperation with the Public Security Department (PSD) and the concerned authorities.to combat extremist ideology and drug menace.  

The report, launched by Jordan’s Economic and Social Council (ESC), recommended empowering youth politically by activating the role of the Political Institute of the Ministry of Youth by providing it with qualified cadres and supporting its programs.

As for the tourism sector, the report stressed the need to launch a tourism-related trails program in Ajloun, Irbid, Madaba, Karak, Ma’an and Tafila.
