The electronic portal of the center outlined that this particular residency is designed for individuals with advanced capabilities and experiences in scientific, administrative, and research fields, aiming to enhance local capacities and facilitate the exchange of expertise, Saudi Gazette reported.

Saudi Arabia is actively seeking to attract top-tier talents and minds globally, encouraging them to reside and work in the country to foster development, creativity, and investment in human resources. The center is dedicated to providing support for the stability of expatriates benefiting from this unique residency, contributing to Saudi society’s overall progress.

The specified specializations that make expatriates eligible for Special Talent Residency encompass a diverse range of sectors. These include healthcare and life sciences, digital technologies, financial services, advanced manufacturing, space and defense, energy and circular economy, metals and mining, logistics and transport, tourism infrastructure, and technologies in food and agriculture.
