Masar signs $82m land deal

Masar's purpose is to to accommodate the growing number of Hajj and Umrah visitors. (Masar)
  • The two boulevard-facing plots are located in Zone 2 of Masar Destination and cover a combined 4,947 square metres.
  • Al-Inma Second Development Co. Ltd. is the SPV for Al-Inma Makkah Development Fund II, wholly owned by Masar.

Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction Co. (Masar) and Al-Inma Second Development Co. Ltd., the special purpose vehicle for Al-Inma Makkah Development Fund II, have signed two agreements with Abdulmohsin Al Rossais & Sons Group Co. to sell two land plots within Masar Destination in Makkah.

The agreements are valued at SAR 310.44 million, excluding taxes and fees to be borne by the buyer.

The two plots are located in Zone 2 of Masar Destination and face the pedestrian walkway, or boulevard, with a combined area of 4,947 square metres.

Al-Inma Second Development Co. Ltd. is an SPV for Al-Inma Makkah Development Fund II, with all units owned by Masar.
