Saudi Arabia issues over 1,600 residential plots in September
The plots are said to have been issued under the country’s Sakani Housing program, which is a part of Saudi Arabia’s drive to increase homeownership among the Saudi families. More than 145,000 families have benefited from the program since the beginning of this year until August.
$196m deposited in July into Saudi home loans fund
During the month the Real Estate Development Fund has deposited the money into accounts of Saudi citizens benefiting from the Sakani program.
