Floating hotels are one of several facilities provided by Qatar for fans of the FIFA World Cup, including multiple booking and accommodation options throughout the tournament, including apartments, villas, fan villages and usual hotels.

Chairman of Qatar Tourism and Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Akbar Al Baker said that offering accommodation and recreational services on board floating hotels reflects Qatar’s efforts exerted to organize the best World Cup in history.
