Dubai, UAE – EasyLease, a mobility solutions firm and a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi-based International Holding Company, has recently completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Fully Charged, recognized for its expertise in electric vehicle (EV) charging technology.
