Spearheaded by the Premium Residency Center, chaired by Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Alkassabi, the program introduces five distinct residency pathways.

These residency products offer several benefits, including the ability to conduct business and invest in Saudi Arabia, own real estate, obtain work permits for themselves and family members and access exclusive perks and services provided by the Premium Residency Center in collaboration with government partners.

The launch of these premium residency products reflects Saudi Arabia’s strategic shift towards a knowledge-based economy. By attracting top global talent, the program aims to foster knowledge and technology transfer; create high-skilled job; boost innovation and entrepreneurship and diversify the economy beyond oil dependence.
