Dubai, UAE — Alpha Dhabi Holding reported a 48 percent rise in first-half net profit on Monday, helped by gains from investments in artificial intelligence and technology companies, while revenue and assets also increased.

Net profit for the six months ended June 30 rose to AED9.8 billion ($2.67 billion) from a year earlier, while revenue increased 5 percent to AED37.6 billion ($10.24 billion).

Adjusted EBITDA climbed 7 percent to AED9.3 billion ($2.53 billion), supported by the group’s diversified investment portfolio.

Total assets rose to AED230 billion ($62.62 billion) at the end of June from AED214 billion ($58.27 billion) at the end of 2025, while total equity increased to AED110 billion ($29.95 billion) from AED104 billion ($28.32 billion).

Fair value gains from investments reached AED3.7 billion ($1.01 billion), driven by holdings in AI and technology companies including SpaceX, Cerebras and Anthropic.

Chairman Mohamed Thani Murshed Ghannam Al Rumaithi said the company’s performance reflected its disciplined investment strategy and the resilience of the UAE economy.

Managing Director and Group CEO Hamad Al Ameri said investments in artificial intelligence and high-growth technology companies had strengthened the group’s portfolio and positioned it to benefit from future industries.

Alpha Dhabi said it entered the second half of 2026 with a strong balance sheet and expected continued growth by expanding investments in artificial intelligence, energy and hospitality.

The group also said its investment in Alpha Wave Ventures II was valued at AED14.3 billion ($3.89 billion) at the end of the first half, providing exposure to private technology companies including SpaceX, Cerebras and Anthropic.
