Jordan king is in UAE, to discuss bilateral cooperation

Jordan King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein and Queen Rania Al Abdullah arrived in Abu Dhabi on Friday on a state visit to the UAE.

Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan,, led an entourage of high-profile officials to welcome them upon arrival at the Presidential Flight in Abu Dhabi. They were accorded a red carpet reception as the national anthems of the UAE and Jordan were played.

Also present at the airport to welcome the Jordanian royals were Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and others. 

The King of Jordan is accompanied by Ayman Safadi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affair of Jordan, Jafar Hassan Director of King Abdullah’s Office, and Nassar Al Habashneh, Jordanian Ambassador to UAE.
