The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources of the UAE announced on Thursday, April 21, the Eid al-Fitr holiday for federal entities in the country.

It said that the holidays would begin on Tuesday, the 29th day of Ramadan.

That date corresponds to April 30 on the Gregorian calendar.

The holiday will last till the third day of the month of Shawwal.

The date for that is yet to be declared by the competent and relevant authorities.
