Saudi Arabia signed a deal with UPLink, an affiliate of Davos World Economic Forum (WEF), to expand innovative solutions to counter sustainable development issues.

Saudi seeks to explore the joint issues in the field of food security, food waste recycling, food stability and climatical smart agriculture within its efforts.

UPLink and Ministry of Economy and Planning of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia inked the deal on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum.

Faisal bin Fadhil Al-Ibrahim, Minister of Economy and Planning of Saudi Arabia, and Borge Brende, President of WEF, signed the agreement.

This is a part of the Kingdom’s agenda to achieve sustainable development 2030 locally and internationally.
