Saudi authority to hold real estate auctions in Riyadh, Madinah

The auctions will be held in Riyadh and Madinah.
  • The Center for Attribution and Liquidation, or Enfath, will hold these auctions between June 7 and 15 in attendance and online.
  • Auctions display 117 real estate assets, including commercial, residential, and agricultural lands, villas, and commercial and residential buildings.

Saudi Arabia’s Center for Attribution and Liquidation, or Infath, has said that between June 7 and 15, it will be holding five public real estate auctions in Riyadh and Madinah, with areas exceeding 100,000 square meters.

Auctions display 117 real estate assets, including commercial, residential, and agricultural lands, villas, and commercial and residential buildings.

Auctions begin with the Riyadh Oasis auction, which is held in attendance, to display 15 properties in Riyadh, and the attendance house auction, which displays 28 properties in Madinah, and the development of the attendance auction, which displays 24 properties.

Also, Efath will hold Tanmia’s electronic auction, which displays 10 properties, and the Gateway of Goodness auction, which offers 40 properties, all in Riyadh.
