Saudi Arabia and Jordan explored enhancing security cooperation in border security, developing human resources and training, and exchanging experiences.

Border Guard officials of Saudi Arabia and Jordan discussed it in the 11th meeting held between them at the headquarters of Jeddah Academy of Maritime Sciences & Security Studies.

Saudi Arabia’s delegation to the meeting Wednesday was headed by the Director General of the Border Guard, Major General Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shehri.

Jordan was represented by the Director of Border Security in the General Command of the Armed Forces, Brigadier General Ahmed bin Hashem Al-Khulaifat.
