Summit in UAE discusses global partnerships, prosperity

DUBAI, UAE – Over 200 senior officials convened in the “Ambassadors Forum”, organized by the World Government Summit Organization in partnership with UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, to rally for international partnerships.

UAE Minister of Economy Abdullah bin Touq Al Marri opened the session in which he shed light on the most critical priorities for governments in the next decade.

The remarks touched upon the ever changing challenges the world is facing and the importance of adopting new opportunities and priorities for the next decade.

UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade Thani Al Zeyoudi; UAE Minister of State for Government Development Ohood Al Roumi; and former Indian Ambassador to the UAE Navdeep Singh Suri discussed sharing government expertise and knowledge through the upcoming World Government Summit.

The panel discussion highlighted the pivotal role of diplomacy in shaping future governments, achieving global prosperity, launching joint initiatives and building sustainable societies.

Participant commended the vital role of the World Government Summit Organization to generate ideas, innovations and opportunities enabling governments to shape a better future.

The Ambassadors’ Forum was conceived to empower future governments through discussions about international cooperation and future planning.

The free flow of expertise between diplomats and other officials will pave the way for successful partnerships for the coming decades.
