ADNOC Distribution said shareholders approved a total dividend of $700 million for 2025 at its annual general meeting, including a final $350 million payout for the second half of the year.

The company said the H2 dividend, equivalent to 10.285 fils per share, will be distributed in April 2026, bringing total annual dividends to $700 million.

ADNOC Distribution added that recent regional developments have not materially affected its operations, financial position or liquidity, and that it continues to operate its network safely with contingency plans in place.

The company reported EBITDA of $1.17 billion in 2025, up more than 11.1% year-on-year, with fuel volumes reaching 15.7 billion liters and non-fuel retail gross profit rising 14.4%, supported by operations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

Shareholders also approved extending the company’s dividend policy through 2030, setting annual payouts at $700 million or 75% of net profit, whichever is higher.
